What does adjusting a clips speed do? Explain how you go about adjusting a clips speed to play at 50%?

    Adjusting a clips speed makes the video faster or slower than the original speed of the clip. Playing a clips speed at 50% means it is half as fast as the source file.

    You can adjust a speed’s clip by right clicking on it and choosing ‘Speed/Duration;’ the pop up window will be automatically at 100%. Anything lower than 100 will slow the clip down; anything higher will make it faster.

    Adjusting the speed of the clip will do just that. You can make your clip slower or faster. You do this by right clikcing on the clip, then clicking the speed and duration option. An option window will pop up, you can then adjust it from there. Anything over 100% will be faster, anything below will be slower. Note: The faster you make the clip, the shorter it will be, and the slower you make the clip, the longer it will be.

    You can speed up or slow down the clip speed to create different effects. It will also change the duration of the clip. Right click on the selected clip, click on speed/duration. You can change the percentage and it will tell you the new length of the clip.

    when you adjust the speed on you clips, you can either make them go faster or slower. to change the speed, all you have to do is right click the clip you want to change, then click on speed/duration buttin, then adjust it to the speed you want to.

    Adjusting a clip’s speed or duration makes the video clip go faster make it play in slow motion. The clip that you changed a speed/duration to will either be longer or shorter. When you set it as 50% speed then it will be half of the regular speed of the original video clip when it was shot.

    A clips speed is how fast the clip plays. Clips are normally at 100% playing at regular speed, 200% means it will play twice as fast and at 50% it will play half as fast as normal. Just right click on a clip, go to speed/duration and change the 100 to whatever speed you want; like 50%.

    Adjusting a clips speed makes the clip speed up or slow down as well as become longer or shorter. One way to adjust a clips speed to play at 50% is with the Speed/Duration dialog box. In the Timeline panel, right-click the clip that you want to edit and choose Speed/Duration from the menu that appears. In the dialog box, change the speed by clicking the current Speed value and changing it to 50, then click the OK button. The clip will playback at half the original speed, and the duration will be twice as long.
